As a Scot, all i can say is the ladies love a man in a kilt, especially if we wear nothing underneath. Yes somebody took a picture of someones balls, but who cares.

You can say what you want about the kilt, its all been said before and it won't be anything original. Trust me.
Just check out what your some of your army boys wear during processions before mouthing of about it.
